At Detritus Designs, we strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Because each item is custom printed upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in line with our policy below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and replacements only if:

The item was received damaged, misprinted, or defective.

You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).

Ordering the wrong size. Since our products are printed on demand, we cannot offer size-based exchanges. Please check the size guide before ordering.

General wear and tear from normal use.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your item qualifies for a return or replacement, follow these steps:

Once we review your request, we will confirm if you qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Refund & Replacement Process

If approved, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
