1. Introduction

Welcome to Detritus Designs. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

 

2. Orders & Payments

​

  • Payments are accepted only through Wix (Stripe) and eBay. We do not process payments through any other methods.

  • All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you for an alternative solution.

  • Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, graphics, logos, and content on Detritus Designs are the exclusive property of Detritus Designs and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell our designs or branding without explicit permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6. Limited Liability

  • Detritus Designs is not responsible for:

    • Delays or losses caused by third-party services (e.g., Printful, couriers, customs).

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

  • We do not guarantee that our website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

7. User Conduct & Website Usage

  • You agree not to misuse our website or services, including but not limited to:

    • Posting illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

    • Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt our website.

    • Using our products for unlawful purposes.
