Welcome back to the second edition of the Detritus Designs monthly newsletter.

Another month has passed, and there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. While the website might seem quiet, we’ve been busy cooking up some exciting stuff. New designs, fresh pieces, and promo plans are all in the works. Plus, we have a few surprises that we’re not quite ready to share yet. So, let’s dive into what’s been happening!

🪨 THE STONED TEE HAS LANDED

You might have seen the Detritus Stoned T-Shirt drop recently. This is one we’re particularly proud of. The design is very Detritus—a little weird, a little cheeky, and definitely not something you’d find sitting on the rack at your local department store.

It’s exactly the sort of stuff we want Detritus to embody: music, nightlife, questionable decisions, and designs that make you look twice. The Stoned Tee is available now if you haven't checked it out yet.

👕 THE LOGO TEE

Alongside the Stoned Tee, we also launched something a bit more straightforward—our Detritus Logo Tee. This one is designed to be a staple.

No massive concept, no overthinking it. Just the Detritus logo on a clean tee that you can throw on whether you're heading out, going to a gig, or just hanging out. We plan for this to be one of our main pieces for the foreseeable future. If you're looking for the classic Detritus piece, this is the one.

👚 FEMALE THREADS ARE COMING

We’ve been working hard to expand our range. Female-focused pieces are officially in the works because let’s be honest—there’s no reason the boys should get all the good stuff.

We want Detritus to have something for everyone while still keeping the same attitude and design style that we’re building the brand around. We’re currently sorting through options and getting the first pieces ready, so expect to see some new additions very soon.

📸 SOME PROMO SHIT IS IN THE WORKS

We have some exciting pieces on the way specifically for promo. This means we’re finally going to start getting Detritus out into the real world.

Rather than relying entirely on product mockups, we’re working on getting some proper photos and content together—worn by actual humans, in actual places, doing actual things. Expect to see some sick Detritus promo content popping up over the next month.

And yes, there may be some DJs involved. 👀

Building a community around Detritus is essential to us. We want to connect with you, our audience, and share our passion for music and fashion. We’re exploring ways to engage with you more directly, whether through social media, events, or collaborations.

👀 WHAT'S NEXT?

We’re still a small operation, but that’s exactly how we like it. We’re taking our time figuring out what Detritus truly is rather than pumping out random designs and calling it a collection.

There are plenty more ideas floating around behind the scenes, and we’re starting to turn some of them into actual pieces. This is only the beginning.
